I’ll guide you step-by-step through a safe, science-backed breathing pattern while powerful music supports the emotional release process.

You’ll lie down, close your eyes, and breathe. That’s it.
Your body will do what it’s been waiting to do — let go.

At one point, you’ll have an opportunity to release with a deep, cathartic scream. It’s not forced — it’s freedom.
